Job Description

Growing industry leader is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to supervise accounting and administrative functions in the Kansas City Service Department.  Will oversee and participate in employee development, new hire paperwork, payroll for craft employees, and processing of billings, accounts payable, budgeting, and financial reporting.  Interested candidates will possess at least 5 years accounting experience, a B.S. in Accounting; strong people/management skills; and imaging software/system experience.  In addition, the Office Manager must be detailed with the ability to work alone as well as with others in a professional manner and be committed to continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management, employee development experience
  • 5 years of accounting experience, including Bachelors in Accounting
  • HVAC industry experience is preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to interact with customers and co-workers ethically and professionally
